About ME
I'M A UX RESEARCHER & DESIGNER WITH A BACKGROUND IN PSYCHOLOGY AND PERSONAL FITNESS. I GRADUATED FROM THE COLLEGE OF WOOSTER IN 2016 WITH A DEGREE IN PSYCHOLOGY AND WENT ON TO STUDY UX RESEARCH AND DESIGN AT A GENERAL ASSEMBLY IMMERSIVE IN BOSTON. I'M LOOKING FOR A CAREER IN RESEARCH THAT WILL CHALLENGE ME AND ALLOW ME TO GROW AS BOTH A RESEARCHER AND DESIGNER.

User Experience Designer
Utilizing skills developed and fine tuned through my bootcamp with Springboard I began working with the early stage startup, TreignMe. Along with a small team including two other designers and the CEO Ryan Williams. I am working to provide enough concrete data to encourage investors to support the company financially.

Springboard UX/UI Career Track
UX Researcher/Designer
Springboard allowed me through their provided materials and mentorship program to further develop my skills in the UX field. Throughout the bootcamp I complete two fully fledged conceptual projects and one industry design project where I partnered with the early stage startup called TreignMe and worked to develop their expected user base and provide infographic evidence for investors.

I completed 5 projects over the course of 10 weeks, meeting multiple deadlines, and always ending with a public presentation of the process. Skills and tools utilized include, survey development, participant recruitment, affinity mapping, usability testing, Sketch, and InVision.

Senior Training Director/Team Leader
Spent 6 months as the leader of a team of personal trainers, gaining leadership and management skills. In addition, I conducted hundreds of client interviews, identifying their problems and pain points and working to find solutions that would leave them happier and healthier.

I planned and conducted a year long solo study utilizing both online surveys and in-person interviews to discover whether people react more favorably to upcoming products than their currently available counterparts.
